Terms of Use

These Terms govern Your use of the Service and the agreement between You and iolokis SAS (60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris). By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent that You are over the age of 18.

Freemium. We may offer a freemium tier with a limited number of usage credits, no payment method required. Once free credits are exhausted, continued use requires a paid Subscription.

Paid plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Credits are allocated per billing cycle and may expire at the end of that period. Credits are not currency and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation. You may cancel anytime through Your account settings. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.

You must provide accurate billing information. We may modify Subscription fees; changes take effect at the end of the then-current period, with reasonable prior notice.

You may use the Service only if You can form a binding contract with iolokis. Anyone under 18 is prohibited. You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and for all activities under Your account.

The Service may include SMS and third-party messaging features (including WhatsApp). By enabling them You consent to receive messages in accordance with applicable laws and provider policies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply "STOP" to opt out, "HELP" for assistance, or contact privacy@iolokis.com.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

The Service may include AI-powered features designed to assist with administrative, organizational or professional workflows. Outputs are informational and do not constitute professional, medical, legal or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating and relying on any outputs.

The entire liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You in the past three months through the Service, or €100 if You have not purchased anything. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, excluding conflicts-of-law rules. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Company. EU consumers benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the revisions become effective constitutes Your agreement.
